Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Fullcandles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for support.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition—unopened, undamaged, and free from any markings.
- Products sold as sets or multi-packs must be returned in full.
- Items labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping: For online purchases, Fullcandles will cover the cost of return shipping.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Important Considerations
- Returned items must be in their original condition. Products showing signs of wear, damage, improper assembly, or missing components may be subject to additional fees.
- If the return is due to a product defect, FULLCANDLES LLC will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
- For returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- FULLCANDLES LLC reserves the right to inspect returned products to ensure they comply with our policy.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please Note:
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Fullcandles is not responsible for lost shipments.
- Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your request. Approval is at FULLCANDLES LLC’s discretion.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
